This class is approximately 60min long and delivered via Zoom. The class will be recorded, including the guidance and explanation around the journaling prompts.
Can’t make it live? The pdf workbook includes all my notes and explanations + the journaling prompts and manifesting ritual, so you can do the practice in your own time, even if you miss the class. You will also receive access to the class replay the following day.
